You can see my BF2 stats in my sig.Six months ago I think I hated all of them. This is all I can think of right now ask more questions and I'll try to answer. Also by moving together you keep your chances of survival high since there will be others to shoot at then just you. Since you get assists for kills no one really cares if you shoot someone they're shooting at and kill them. By doing this you help your team and you'll be able to scab some kills at the same time. Always thry to stay around other team mates never go alone. You never know when they will run into an area where you threw a grenade, and they will punish you even if it was your fault. Never throw a grenade when you have teammates around. The street in front of the tin fenced area comes to mind in karkland. Spam grenades at points where you know the enemy WILL be. You only hurt your team by occuping a vehicle you can not use. Flying planes and helicopters takes lots of practice if you don't feel comfortable using them (or other vehicles) stay out of them. If you start a server by youself pick a spot on a building and use different weapons from different positions. Play all the different classes so you can learn the accuracy of the weapons. Learn to use each vehicle so you can be more effective when you play with others. Start up single player games or make a server with a password so you can play by yourself. However as you rise in rank you'll need kills and badges to get the higher ranks. By using this tactic you will rack up a lot of team points which will get you ranks to unlock weapons. Do not worry so much about kill death ratio with medic since you do more for your team by healing and reviving. Play Medic a lot and distribute medpacks and revive people. The M16 is decent at three round burst but the Ak47 isn't very good at automatic modes. Both the M16/ak47 are super acurate if you fire single shots. Play classes that use the M16/Ak47 this means playing Assault, and medic a lot. Only use three round burst or full auto for close up fights (or when you get used to the recoil). Sooooo many times (more then I can count) people will spray bullets at me and all I do is fire two shots and they die. To do this with your weapon selected (holding it in your hand) use the mouse wheel to select the weapon again you should hear a clicking sound that means you switched fire mode. Use Single shot fire mode and take your time aiming. Play some single player maps and learn how to drive some vehicles, as well as learn the maps themselves so you know where, say, mounted weapons are, or where some alternate routes from point A to B are.īasically "practice" is the best tip you can get, but I also think that running in a squad is going to result in less deaths, more kills, and more fun. if a tank is destroying everyone, switch to a guy with a rocket launcher and help take it out, even if it's not your best kit). Shoot at infantry if you have a good shot, but if you're wicked outnumbered or don't have the range, spotting them lets people know where to move to take them out.įigure out a kit that you like and get good with it, but don't be afraid to switch kits if the situation demands it. If you see a tank and can't take it out, spot it so that the rest of your team knows about it and where it is. Q brings up a radial menu of voice commands ("need healing!" "out of ammo!" etc) but the big one that will appear under your crosshairs is "X spotted". That way you have someone who can support you. Try to spawn on your squad leader as often as possible (he'll be a green dot on the map when you die). Hit Caps Lock and click on the 'squad' tab (it's next to the 'kit' tab where you're selecting your gear).
